A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates within 7 days of making your booking.

The balance is due 30 days before travel.

Cancellation:

With any cancellation the deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation is within 3 months of travel we cannot change the dates of your booking.

If the cancellation is 3 months or more from the date of travel we will be happy to change the dates and use the deposit towards new dates. Every effort will be made to accommodate booking changes, however this is subject to availability of the villa.

It is the responsibility of our guests to obtain adequate travel insurance prior to traveling.
